Understanding Invite Codes

Invite codes are the primary mechanism for secure user enrollment within the CAISG Enterprise ecosystem. They provide a balance between ease of use for employees and rigorous control for IT administrators.

Administrative Lifecycle Management

Administrators can view their organization's assigned invite code directly from the Enterprise Dashboard. This code is associated with your organization's seat inventory.

Sharing the Code

You can easily copy the invite code from the dashboard and share it with your engineering team. They will need this code during registration to claim a seat.

The Redemption Process

For the end user, the redemption process is straightforward. They enter the code during registration or within their account settings. The platform validates the code against our secure database and checks the remaining seat count. If all criteria are met, the user is instantly provisioned with the appropriate Enterprise permissions and linked to your organizational dashboard.

This automated workflow reduces the administrative burden on IT teams. You don't have to manually approve every registration, yet you retain the same level of oversight as if you did.
