Enterprise Team Onboarding

Organizations with active Enterprise subscriptions can onboard team members through a secure invite system. This workflow eliminates individual billing and ensures consistent access across your department.

Corporate Invite Code Workflow

1. Receive Your Code: Your organization administrator will issue a unique 16-character alphanumeric string.
2. Authentication: Sign in to your CAISG account or register a new profile using your corporate email address.
3. Activation: Navigate to the "Join Team" section and input your specific invite code.
4. Validation: Click "Join Organization" to verify the code and link your account to the corporate license.

Seamless Provisioning

The invite code acts as a pre-paid credential. You will not be asked for credit card information or personal billing details during this process.

Access and Permissions

Linking your account to an enterprise team grants immediate benefits.

• Full Curriculum Access: All training modules are unlocked for your profile.
• Governance Assets: You gain the ability to download the Premium toolkit and compliance matrices.
• Team Visibility: Your progress and certification status become visible to your organization administrator.

Troubleshooting

If your code is rejected, verify the characters for common errors like confusing "0" with "O". Your administrator can confirm if the seat limit for your organization has been reached. Users already associated with a different team must leave their current organization before joining a new one.
